Matteo Guendouzi came off the bench at half-time to help Hertha Berlin to a vital comeback against Augsburg on Saturday. Our 21-year-old midfielder replaced Santiago Ascacibar at the interval after Laszlo Benes had given Augsburg the lead after just two minutes. Guendouzi's side then struck twice in the second half through Krzysztof Piatek and Dodi Lukebakio, giving them a timely boost in the fight to avoid relegation.
Over in France, William Saliba played the full game as Nice were beaten 2-0 by Monaco at home in Ligue 1. Our 19-year-old defender made his 11th league apperance of the season as goals from Kevin Volland and Ruben Aguilar gave the visitors all three points.
Dinos Mavropanos played 67 minutes as Frankfurt drew 1-1 with Stuttgart in Germany. Sasa Kalajdzic scored in his fifth game in a row to give Stuttgart the lead before Filip Kostic struck back a minute later to level the scores.
Sead Kolasinac played 77 minutes as Schalke drew 0-0 with Mainz in the Bundesliga. The result leaves his loan side 11 points from safety with 10 games remaining.
Joe Willock played against fellow Arsenal loanee Ainsley Maitland-Niles on Sunday as Newcastle travelled to West Brom in the Premier League. Both of our Hale End graduates played the full 90 minutes, which ended in a 0-0 draw.
Zech Medley played 64 minutes for Kilmarnock as they lost 3-2 to Ross County in the Scottish Premiership. The result leaves Tommy Wright's new side bottom of the table after 32 games.
Daniel Ballard played the full match as Blackpool were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Wimbledon in League One. Ellis Simms opened the scoring on the hour mark before a 92nd-minute Ollie Palmer strike ensured the points were shared at Bloomfield Road.
Matt Smith played 77 minutes in Charlton's 0-0 draw against Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday. Our young midfielder would have been disappointed not to see his side pick up all three points in League One after Ronnie Schwartz missed a 94th-minute penalty.
Ben Sheaf played just one minute of Coventry's 1-0 win over Derby on Saturday. Our 23-year-old midfielder replaced Callum O'Hare in the closing stages as Maxime Biamou's early goal proved the difference at St. Andrew's.
