'The objective is to bring the trophy home'

The full-time whistle had only just sounded in our final Premier League game of the season, but Ainsley Maitland-Niles' focus had already shifted to next week's Heads Up FA Cup final.

Our Hale End graduate was one of five changes made by Mikel Arteta against Watford, and he is hoping to be part of the squad targeting a record-breaking 14th trophy at Wembley on Saturday.

"It's been a long, tough season without the fans being here and what's gone on in the world," Maitland-Niles told Arsenal Digital.

"We're just going to have to push on and think about the final now. It hasn't finished for us just yet. The main objective is trying to bring the trophy home.

"We're all bubbly, we're all pretty confident in ourselves. We're going to sleep on it tonight and then go back to work in the week to focus on the final."
