Mavididi on target for Charlton again

We had five players involved with their loan clubs over the last few days, with one getting on the scoresheet.

Scroll down to find out how they all got on.

Stephy Mavididi scored late on in Charlton Athletic’s 3-1 win against Walsall. The forward started and cut inside late on to score, ensuring that the hosts were winners at The Valley. Joe Aribo had opened the scoring after half an hour before Erhun Ozturner equalised just before the break for Walsall. A Kory Roberts own goal put Charlton back in the lead and Mavididi’s strike rounded off the scoring.

Marc Bola played the full 90 minutes in Bristol Rovers’ 3-1 win against Bradford City. Although the visitors took the lead from the spot in the first half, goals following the break from Joe Partington, Chris Lines and Liam Sercombe saw the Pirates take the three points.

Tafari Moore played the full 90 minutes in Wycombe’s 3-2 win at Crewe Alexandra. The hosts took an early lead through Chris Porter from the spot, before goals from Paris Cowan-Hall and Nathan Tyson put Wycombe in the lead. Harry McKirdy struck late on to seemingly ensure a draw, before Craig Mackail-Smith scored a 90th minute winner for the visitors.

Emi Martinez played the full 90 minutes for Getafe in their 2-2 draw against Athletic Bilbao. The visitors took an early lead through Inaki Williams, before Getafe struck back from the spot courtesy of Jorge Molina. Athletic then regained the lead following the break with a penalty themselves through Raul Garcia, only for Angel Rodriguez to equalise late on.

Takuma Asano was on the bench for Stuttgart in their 3-2 loss at Mainz. Although the visitors took the lead through Holger Badstuber, three goals in quick succession from Mainz, thanks to Yoshinori Muto twice and then Gerrit Holtmann, ensured that the hosts left with the points, despite Daniel Ginczek’s late header to reduce the deficit.
