Paqueta give the visitors the lead and Matheusinho doubled their advantage. Dominic Calvert-Lewin pulled a goal back in the 80th minute, but Brazil held on for the win.
Tafari Moore played the second half of the England fixture.
Elsewhere, Chris Willock played the final 15 minutes as England Under-19s lost 1-0 to Belgium in Tubize. Anderlecht forward Jorn Vancamp scored the game’s only goal.
