IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure everyone’s safety and security, we will be continuing with the away ticket process that we have used for ALL UEFA Europa League matches.

All travelling supporters will need to show their match ticket, accompanied with a valid passport on entry to the stadium. In the event supporters turn up at the Stadium without a valid passport entry will be declined.

At the time of booking, all members will be required to provide the following information:

  • The full name of the TRAVELLING SUPPORTER * who will be using the match ticket
  • Valid Passport Number of the travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket
  • Date of birth of the travelling supporter who will be using the match ticket

*TRAVELLING SUPPORTER

We are aware that some members have more than one season ticket registered in their own name or registered in a company name. Consequently, we understand that the details on the season ticket will not be the same as the supporter travelling to the match. Therefore, the details supplied will need to be of the travelling supporter.

Please note, the information of travelling supporters (name, passport number and date of birth) will be shared with the Metropolitan Police prior to the match in order to maintain the safety and security of all.

Ahead of arrival at the away stadium, we would like to remind all travelling supporters of the following:

Please arrive at least an hour before kick-off to avoid long queues and delayed entry

Checks will be carried out before entering the stadium

All passport numbers must correlate to the name on the ticket otherwise entry to the stadium will be refused.

*Away Ticket Scheme members please be advised the Away Ticket Membership Scheme does not cover Europa League Matches, you must purchase tickets within the relevant priority booking period stated*

Tickets for this fixture are only available to personal callers from the Highbury House Ticket Office located in Drayton Park up until 12noon on Tuesday 18th February 2020
