With just over a month to go of the transfer window, Arsene Wenger has plenty of time to add to his squad - and he says he remains “active”.
The Arsenal manager has already added Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette to his ranks this summer, and he is open to the idea of more incomings.

We don’t speak about how the negotiations go. We come out once the player is done or not done. I can’t tell you that. But at the moment there is nothing special to say in this case.
on whether he is still actively pursuing things…
We are still active in the transfer market in general.
on where he is looking to strengthen…
You have two ways to strengthen your team. First by improving the players you have and the way you play and secondly by bringing in players from outside. At the moment we focus on the first part and we have a big squad you know, today we had not involved Gibbs, Debuchy, Wilshere. We have a massive squad. We have to first focus on the players we have.
on why Jack Wilshere was not involved…
